| PNP APPRECIATION– FLC Group of Companies and G7 Holdings Corporation Chairman Fidel L. Cu was the guest speaker of the PNP Region V Command during their flag raising ceremony last Monday, March 24, 2008 at Camp. Gen. Simeon Ola, Legaspi City. The Bicolano businessman donated P100,000.00 for the repair of a dilapidated building housing the PNP band. He also pledged to provide seed money once a credit cooperative is organized in the PNP Regional Command. In photo, he receives a plaque of appreciation from P S/Supt. Carlo Teoxon Peña - SUMMA CUM LAUDE at Mariners’ Polytechnic Colleges Foundation

Summa Cum Laude - Carlo Aristole Magno Teoxon Peña graduated last April 4 with the degree of BS Marine Transportation Summa Cum Laude at the Mariners’ Polytechnic Colleges Foundation here. He also placed 9th in a field of 5,400 examinees in the national assessment conducted by the Philippine Association of Maritime Institutions. For his feat, he received during the commencement rites a dozen medals and awards including the Gold Anchor Award for Summa Cum Laude graduates, Presidential Award, Senate President Manuel Villar Excellence Award, Congressman Luis R. Villafuerte Awards for Leadership and Seamanship and Special Achievement Award for having placed first in the Deck Validating Examinations. With him in photo at right is father Prospero T.
