Patrick Delavin Cordis took his oath as full-fledged architect in a ceremony at Philippine Plaza Hotel on March 17, adding to the growing list of young professionals in the ranks of the Caramoan Residents in Naga City and its Environs (CRANE).
The new architect is the second of three children of CRANE director Engr. Pedro A. Cordis who recently retired as Assistant Provincial Engineer of Camarines Sur and Leticia Delavin Cordis.
Architect Cordis finished his Bachelor of Science in Architecture at the Bicol University in Legazpi City and finished his elementary and secondary at the St. Joseph School in Naga City.
He is presently connected with the New Kanlaon Construction, Inc. in Metro Manila. He had also worked with Prime Peak properties Ltd., Engr. Origines and Associates and RVP Architects in Makati City.
Patrick’s elder brother, Peterson is a civil engineer presently connected with the Partido Development administration (PDA) while an only sister, Peachy, is taking up Information Management at the Ateneo de Naga University.
The new architect is the grandson of the late Caramoan Mayor Juan B. Cordis, Sr. and nephew of incumbent Caramoan Vice Mayor Juan A. Cordis, Jr. who had served as mayor.
