A certain Atty. Cadiz who is said to be interested in running for congressman in the second District of Camarines Sur has asked to debate with Congressman Villafuerte on the charter change issue.
If he doesn’t chicken away and he really runs for congressman he would have plenty of opportunities for debates.
Congressman Villafuerte wants debates everyday on any relevant issue but with the right person.

The Partido Development Administration (PDA) whose management has admitted the agency is losing more than P100 million each year is virtually the biggest anomaly here in Camarines Sur, if not the entire Bicol region today. it has only served as sanctuary for political protégées of congressman Noli Fuentebella who are receiving fat salaries and perks while doing practically nothing for the constituents in the Third District.
The PDA water system, which was funded from a loan of $16 million from the Denmark international Development agency (DANIDA) in 1999 although NEDA recommended a maximum of only $10 million, was supposed to serve at least 90% of the population in the Third District but it is serving only about 25% and only in the town proper. That is why water—borne epidemics continue to plague mountain and coastal barangays. Yet, the loan has now ballooned to more than P1 billion and every municipality in the district is bound to pay that loan which Fuentebella incurred when he enjoyed so much clout during the Estrada administration. In Caramoan, Constantino Cordial is said to be PDA director representing the town. He is, therefore, part of that anomaly.
