Crecencio Pamada Rodriguez, Jr., a Caramoanon who graduated from the Bicol College of Arts and Trades (BCAT), now known as Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges, placed second in the June, 2006 Architecture Board Examination. He was one of the eight examinees from the school who passed, notching a combined passing average of 80% for the institution.
Only 24 years old, the Caramoanon topnotcher is a son of Crecencio Beltran Rodriguez, an employee of the DPWH 3rd Engineering District here in Camarines Sur and Letecia Pamada Rodriguez.
He is a great grandson of the late Crecencio Beltran who served as councilor of Caramoan for several terms and who was one of the most distinguished constituents of the municipality during his lifetime.
A number of Caramoanons have emerged topnotchers in government national examinations over the years and they will all be featured in the next issues of the CRANE MONITOR.
