It means he is against a project planned by his regional office and By The CRANE MONITOR Staff allocated funding by no less than the President.
Any DPWH official or employee opposed to a vital infrastructure project that is the ardent clamor of the people should be somewhere else.

DILG must take a hard look on frequent trips of local officials supposedly to attend seminars in plush hotels and resorts around the country.
DILG knows most of these supposed seminars are plain squandering of government money that do not serve LGUs any purpose. They only drain the coffers of local governments, including barangays, in the process sacrificing basic services.
Any seminar, however important, may be held right where the participants live.
